Lomi Lomi

Do you need a break from everyday life? Take a 2h vacation to exotic Hawaii, feel the waves of the ocean and the breeze of the coast!

This massage works gently yet deeply into the muscles with oily, continuous, flowing strokes, allowing you to relax and give in to the nurturing touch.

Lomi lomi works from the belief that memories are not just stored in the brain and mind, but also in every cell of the human body. The long, continuous strokes of the massage are designed to help the body let go of its old patterns and behaviours, which can cause as many stresses and strains as muscle tension.

This massage, based on Ayurvedic and Hawaiian principles, was developed to relieve tension during and after pregnancy and to support the mother's regeneration after childbirth.

The pregnancy massage is carried out in a lateral position or in a supine position supported by a pillow. The front part is not massaged during pregnancy.

This can be done from week 16 of pregnancy.

The lymphatic system is the body’s built-in detoxifier, working hard to get rid of ‘waste’, such as bacteria and excess fluid. Sometimes the system needs a little extra help to effectively cleanse your body of unwanted toxins.

The lymphatic drainage isn’t like a usual massage, which works to loosen knots and tension; it combines firm pressure with a specific set of motions precise, skilful gestures that deftly sweep stagnant ‘waste’ towards the lymph nodes, which makes it easier for your body to eliminate the toxins, and excess of fluid.

This massage is created according to your needs. It is a fundamental manual therapy that releases stubborn tension on a muscular and psychological level and restores the flow of energy in the body. It may provide instant painrilief, but for therapeutic effect it should be applied regularly.
It is recommended and proven effective for chronic neck tension, back pain and migraine complaints

Foot Reflex Therapy

In Japanese, ashi means foot, and atsu means pressure; so it literally translates to foot pressure. It is a barefoot massage technique in which I’m using my feet and body weight. This allows me to deliver deep compression, broad, and even pressure with long gliding strokes -if I’m using body lotion-, but you may stay fully clothed the entire session.

Ashiatsu is performed on a mattress on the floor and it involves assisted stretching.

This treatment is wonderful for those suffering from stress and tension in between the shoulder blades, and upper body discomfort.

Foot Zone therapy is the science and method of working with the reflex zones of the feet to repair, renew and rejuvenate the cells and organs, allowing the body to heal itself. While our bodies are perfect, our diet, lifestyle, and environmental influences can lead to physical, emotional and mental disturbances.

Special nerve endings on your feet form a detailed and complex signal system, the foot reflex zones. This signal system is connected to every part of the human anatomy, the circulatory, lymphatic, nervous, skeletal, endocrine, digestive, respiratory, reproductive and muscular systems as well as the emotional and spiritual bodies.
